2021 GRUNER VELTLINER

Appellation: Puget Sound. Estate grown.

Varietal Composition: 100% Gruner Veltliner

On the nose: Toasted hazelnuts, eucalyptus, boiled beets, dehydrated Meyer lemon.

On the palate: flavors of dried golden apples, churros, a hint of sage and a white pepper finish.

Winemaking: Hand-picked and sorted.
Soaked on the skins overnight before pressing.
Fermented for 3 weeks at 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Racked to age in stainless steel tanks.
Cold stabilized and bentonite fined.
Filtered at bottling for clarity.
