On the nose: White blossoms, plumeria and lilies envelope cantaloupe flesh and hula
berries, with the tiniest hint of petrol.

On the palate: Creamy lemon with hints of sage and starfruit. Finishes with mild lime zest and white pepper.

Winemaking: Carefully selected from our own
vineyard.
Crushed and destemmed, then spent 18 hours on the skins before being pressed and
fermented in stainless steel bins.
Stabilized and filtered at bottling for clarity.
