Petit Verdot
On the nose: Fresh-grated nutmeg jumps out of the glass with roasting cedar bark, red cherries and white pepper.
On the palate: Amaretto follows with molasses; blueberry preserves and subtle cranberry sauce finish.
Winemaking: 100% Hand-picked and sorted from Washington’s renowned Red Mountain.
Underwent fermentation for 11 days on the skins in open top fermenters.
Aged in neutral oak with medium toast infusion spirals. Blended with 15% Petit Verdot for color and structure.
Unfiltered and gravity fined.

Really liked this wine. Went great with the steaks I made, but my favorite is still the Merlot!
