2021 CHARDONNAY

Appellation: Red Mountain

Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay

On the nose: Freshly mown lawn clippings, toffee, and morning dew.

On the palate: Creamy with vegetal flavors, rosemary, and dark-skinned lemon, followed by riverbed-mineral finish with gentle green tea remnants.

Winemaking: Fermented for 40 days. 25% fermented with Nobile American blend oak chips.
Inoculated with Malolactic Bacteria to lower malic acid.
Bentonite fined during primary fermentation and cold stabilized afterwards.
Filtered at bottling for stability and clarity.
