On the nose: Cedar tree after a rain, hazelnut,
French Roast coffee, musky caramel and fruit
roll-up scents.

On the palate: Cinnamon, dried dark cherries,
wet leather and a freshly cracked black pepper
finish.

Awards: 96 points (Double Gold) – Pacific
Northwest Wine Competition.

Winemaking: Hand-picked and sorted.
Fermented for 11 days on the skins with twice
daily punch downs.
Aged in American Oak.
Gravity fined and unfiltered to maximize
complexity and aging potential.
