Appellation: Red Mountain

Varietal composition: 76% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cab Franc, 5% Syrah

On the nose: Coconut and root beer scents precede eucalyptus, dark chocolate, and oak.

On the palate: Red plum, red licorice, with a hint of spice cabinet and vanilla, finishing
with dried papaya and campfire.
Winemaking: 100% hand-picked. Fermented dry in open top fermenters for 11 days on the skins.
Aged in American Oak Medium Toast barrels.
Gravity fined and unfiltered.
