Varietal composition: 88% Malbec, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon

On the nose: Morning campfire fire-pit, violets, blackcurrants, leather, dried plums and
cinnamon bark.

On the palate: Bay leaf and black tea flavors with blueberry juice and green pepper hint. Finishes with French vanilla and mild green peppercorn.

Winemaking: 100% Hand-selected fruit from Red Mountain Vineyards.
Crushed, destemmed then fermented for 10 days on the skins in open top fermenters.
Aged in neutral oak with American medium plus toast infusion spirals.
Gravity fined and unfiltered for maximum flavor profile.
