2021 MOURVEDRE

Appellation: Red Mountain

Varietal composition: 86% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, 4% Grenache

On the nose: Dried dark fruits, pipe tobacco, vanilla bean, blackberry preserves.

On the palate: Tri-colored cracked pepper, ripe raspberry, fig newton and star anise with a
bright, lengthy finish.

Winemaking: Fermented on the skins for 20 days with MLF fermentation in 3 rd fill American Oak barrels.
Egg white fined before bottling.
