2021 RIESLING

Appellation: Columbia Valley

Varietal Composition: 100% Riesling

On the nose: Orange grove.

On the palate: green tea, sweet white-flesh plum, and honeydew melon, ending with snap
peas, honeycomb and lemon heads on the finish.

Winemaking: Fermented the juice at 55 degrees for 1 month.
Stopped fermentation short for a touch of sweetness.
Aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
Cold stabilized and bentonite fined, then filtered at bottling to stabilize and remove remaining yeast.
