On the nose: Candied ginger, juicy fruit and ripe white raspberries.

On the palate: Lemon pith boasting flavors of papaya and tart tangerine. Finishes citrus, zesty and dry.

Winemaking: Hand-picked and sorted.
Fermented dry for 30 days in stainless steel.
Aged in stainless tanks.
Cold stabilized and bentonite fined.
Filtered at bottling for clarity.
